The work programs are designed to achieve three main goals: improving technical drills, improving physical skills troughout specific game situations but most of all...
playing football having fun!
There are three working groups, depending by the age of the partecipants (boys and girls work togheter): Groupe 1 (6-11 years old), Group 2 (12-14 years old), Group 3 (15- 17 years old).
Each workout usually lasts one hour and a half, depending by the group.
The guys start working all togheter with a warm up game, whose target is improving coordination and strength, then they are divided in two different groups, the goalkeepers start working with mr Mario Capece, while the rest of the group goes to mr Davide Simoni.
The intention now is working role to role, in order to improve tipical drills and techniques.
At the end are organized funny games and little tournaments.
